Hey everyone! I've been using my prebuilt PC for about 6-7 years now, and I think it's time for an upgrade, especially when it comes to my GPU. I'm looking at three options: the 5070 Ti, 9700 XT, and 7900 XTX. I'm not sure if I'm going to be gaming at 1440p or 4K yet since I'm also getting a new monitor. The 9700 XT has only 16GB of VRAM, and I'm a bit worried about its longevity in the long run. Prices seem pretty close for all three GPUs, but I'm hoping to get a sense of which one is worth it since I don't really have a strict budget. Also, if anyone has good AMD CPU recommendations, I'd appreciate it! I want solid performance without breaking the bank. Thanks in advance!

Check your local prices—they can vary a lot! I’d actually hold off a bit; there are some rumors about the 50 Series Supers coming soon, which could give you more VRAM options at better prices.
I’d go for the 5070 Ti since it really shines outside of gaming as well. But if your focus is solely on gaming, you might find the performance difference is negligible between 5070 Ti and 9070 XT!
If you're considering 4K gaming, the 7900 XTX can handle it, but the 9070 XT also performs well, especially with ray tracing. Honestly, if the 5070 Ti is over $100 more expensive, go for the 9070 XT. The 16GB VRAM on the 9700 XT should suffice for now, but I doubt it will be an issue for most high-settings games in the next few years.
Would this build work well with the 7900 XTX for 4K? I'm planning a solid gaming setup!
If they're all about the same price, I'd recommend the 5070 Ti. It's generally better for non-gaming tasks, and I've seen it perform really well in games too! Just consider what you're really going to use it for.
If you're leaning towards 4K gaming, I’d go for the 7900 XTX. However, if you want NVIDIA features, then the 5070 Ti could be a better fit for you. For CPU, I'd suggest the 7800 X3D—it’s very reliable.

Absolutely, especially if the pricing is close! I’m leaning towards the 5070 Ti myself too.
