Hey everyone! I work for a small to mid-sized company based in NYC, with about 120 employees and offices in London, Sydney, and Chennai. We mainly use Mac devices, like MacBook Pros and iMac desktops, for tasks such as connecting to servers, handling spreadsheets, using Slack, and emailing. Lately, I've been managing these devices myself by purchasing them directly from Apple and setting them up with Kandji for security and software installations. However, as our equipment ages and goes through its lifecycle—new to deployed to end of life—I'm finding it overwhelming to keep up. I'm spending way too much time provisioning, securing, monitoring, and dealing with repair tickets. For instance, I often have to take broken laptops to repair shops or handle recycling at the end of their life. What I'm really looking for is a service company that can take care of the entire lifecycle management for our Macs. Ideally, if a laptop breaks, they would either send someone to pick it up or we'd ship it to them. I'm hoping to find a company that manages everything from onboarding to recycling. Any recommendations for a reputable service? Thanks a lot!

Ninja just launched their Apple MDM service. I haven't personally used it yet, but I've heard they're really pushing it, so it could be worth looking into.
You might want to check out JAMF. They're pretty well-known for Mac management and could be a good fit for your needs.
I totally understand your situation with Mac lifecycle management, especially since you have a global team! We've been using GroWrk for the same issues for about a year. They handle everything from provisioning and deployment to repairs and the end-of-life process. It's been a massive time-saver, and they can even preconfigure Macs with ABM if you want. Definitely a game-changer for us!
Thanks! I booked a demo with GroWrk today; hopefully, it goes well!
Definitely consider looking into managed services that focus on Apple devices. They often provide comprehensive lifecycle management. A tip is to look for services that include asset tracking—this can really simplify monitoring and keeping tabs on your devices. Check out Qwerty.cards; they offer a digital asset management solution that might be useful for your needs.

Is this the same as NinjaOne, or something different?
