I'm looking for some advice on choosing a motherboard. I'm considering the Asrock Phantom Riptide B850M, Asus Prime B850M-A, and Asrock B850M PRO RS, with a potential interest in the Asus B850M AYW as well. I currently have 32GB of RAM (2x16GB DDR5) and a Ryzen 5 9600x. It's important for me that the motherboard is capable of lasting a few years and can support future upgrades, potentially to a processor like the Ryzen 7 9700x3d. Any recommendations?

I would steer clear of ASROCK if you're planning to upgrade to an x3d chip later on. They can be hit or miss, especially with power delivery. I love their boards, but for your upgrade path, I'd recommend something else.
Have you thought about the Asus Prime B850M-A? I've read good things about its VRM setup, which should handle that Ryzen 7 quite well. It's got a good reputation overall compared to the Asrock boards.
