I'm having a major issue with my computer—it feels like it's possessed! I tried installing a C++ compiler back in October and it all went downhill from there. I've replaced almost every part and I've reinstalled Windows three times, first from a USB and then from a disc. Each time I try to log in, I need to activate the on-screen keyboard because my physical keyboard goes haywire, typing random slashes and symbols. Sometimes it refuses to take any input, and it even opens and closes programs on its own, often right before I'm about to reset it again. I've factory reset it multiple times but nothing has changed. As a graphic designer, I desperately need this fixed since I haven't been able to use my computer for months. What should I do?

Do you have any USB devices plugged in? Sometimes you might get interference from a wireless device, especially with cheaper brands of keyboards or mice. I had a similar issue once in an office where two keyboards were malfunctioning in strange ways—it turned out they were interfering with each other!
Make sure to update your drivers from the official sources. If you have a Dell, use Dell Update; for HP, check HP Support Assistant. If it's a custom-built desktop, get the latest drivers from your motherboard’s manufacturer.
Have you tried booting with Hiren's Boot? It's really useful for fixing these kinds of issues. Alternatively, you can use a Linux live USB with GParted to wipe your hard drive completely, then install Windows fresh.
This sounds like it might be a keyboard issue. Have you tried connecting a different keyboard? It could help isolate if the keyboard is the problem.
I did try unplugging the keyboard altogether, but it still gives those phantom inputs! So frustrating.
