Hey everyone! I just tried using a data recovery tool called TestDisk, and now my D drive has completely disappeared. I'm freaking out because it used to be visible, but now it's just showing up as "new volume" in disk management. Is there a way to recover my drive or at least my deleted files?

That's definitely a bummer! Have you tried assigning a letter to that volume in disk management? Sometimes it just needs a little nudge to recognize it properly.
I went through a similar situation! Make sure you check disk management and see if you can assign the drive a letter. If it works, that might just solve your issue.
If your D drive is back, and you’re still looking for those deleted files, use TestDisk again and see if it can find anything. Just make sure to double-check the settings before you start.
