Help! My GPU Isn’t Powering On After Building My First PC

Hey everyone! I just built my first PC today, and I'm having a tough time getting my GPU to turn on. After putting everything together and powering it up, the GPU doesn't seem to be getting power at all. The power supply (PSU) works since the motherboard lights up and some RGB fans are spinning. I've checked all the cables connected to both the GPU and the PSU, and everything looks good. According to PCPartPicker, all my components should be compatible, so I'm really stuck here. Any advice would be super helpful! Here are my specs:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
- CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE
- Motherboard: ASRock B650M PG Lightning WIFI
- RAM: XPOWER Zenith Gaming 32 GB DDR5-6000 CL30
- Storage: Silicon Power 2TB UD90 NVMe PCIe 4.0 M.2 Internal SSD
- GPU: XFX Speedster MERC 319 Radeon RX 7800 XT 16 GB
- Case: Cooler Master Elite 301 MicroATX Mid Tower Case
- PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 TT Premium 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Does your motherboard have an HDMI port? If it does, try connecting your monitor directly to that. If you can get a signal that way, you’ll just need to adjust the BIOS settings to make sure your GPU is recognized. If that doesn’t work though, we should look into other issues.

I tried connecting directly to the motherboard, but unfortunately I still get no signal.
