I have my Windows installed on an SSD, but Windows has created a "Reserved for the System" 50MB volume on my HDD, which is causing my PC to fail to start when only the SSD is connected. Is there a way to transfer that system volume to the SSD so I can free up the HDD? Plus, there's 746GB on the HDD that isn't allocated, and I want to utilize the full 3TB capacity.

Did you only reinstall with the SSD connected? Sounds like you might have repeated the same mistake if you didn't.
There's a method to rebuild the bootloader on the SSD using black magic tools like manage-bde. But be sure to connect only one drive when you install Windows next time.
Yeah, I had to reinstall eventually.
Reinstalling Windows might be your best bet to sort this out.
Yeah, that could save you some headaches!
You shouldn't have more than one drive connected when installing Windows. It's a common mistake. You can fix this either by reinstalling or repairing Windows, but make sure only the SSD is active this time.
I ended up reinstalling after realizing I had both drives connected.
I formatted both drives to GPT. Now the SSD has Windows, a 100MB volume, and a 559MB volume, while the HDD shows as using the full 2800GB.
