Hey folks! I'm having a bit of trouble with a new PC build I helped my friend with. It's turning on fine—the fans are running and everything seems operational—but the display is just a black screen with no signal. The Q-LED indicator is showing a solid light, not blinking. We double-checked that the metal bar above the HDMI port isn't obstructing anything and that the HDMI cable is securely connected. We actually attempted to update the BIOS using the BIOS FlashBack feature, but that didn't resolve the issue. After some digging, I suspect the RAM she's using (Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB DDR5-6000) might not be compatible with the motherboard (Asus PRIME B650-PLUS WIFI). Could that be causing the black screen on boot?

I ran into a black screen issue with my setup too. Did you check what the Q-LED light indicates? If it’s solid white, it usually means the CPU, GPU, and boot device are all detected. Also, try switching to a DisplayPort cable if you have one—I've had HDMI not work until the OS was installed.
Make sure you’re connected to the video card's HDMI port instead of the motherboard's. Also, check if the graphics card is powered up; the lights on it seem to be on, but it's worth ensuring everything's connected properly. Don't forget to verify the monitor's input; sometimes it can be set to DisplayPort when you need HDMI.
Have you confirmed that the RAM is incompatible? Just checking the compatibility list on the ASUS website is a good start. It may not show every RAM model, so verifying against user reports might help too.
