Help! My New PC Won’t Boot Windows 11

I just built my first PC and everything went well until I tried to install Windows 11. I created a bootable USB with the installation media and plugged it into my new machine. However, whenever the Windows startup screen appears, the screen goes black and starts the process over again. I've already tried formatting the USB, using a different USB drive, reseating the RAM, and setting the USB drive as the primary boot option in the BIOS, but nothing seems to work. I'm really frustrated since I was so excited to get my PC up and running. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions, I'd appreciate your help!

Have you considered disabling EXPO/XMP settings in the BIOS? Sometimes, those can cause boot issues with certain RAM configurations. Also, ensure you're using a USB port directly on the motherboard, not on the case. That could affect the booting process too!

Yes, I'm using the USB on the motherboard directly.

It sounds like a frustrating issue! First, double-check whether the PC is actually restarting or if it's just going blank. You might need to review your cooler setup to make sure everything’s connected properly. Also, it would help if you could share your PC specs for more targeted advice.

My PC is still running; the fans and RGB are all on. What's happening is that it either shows 'no signal' on the HDMI or goes back to the BIOS.

Got it! Thanks for clarifying. Make sure your HDMI cable is firmly connected and try a different monitor if possible.
