Help! My New PC Won’t Post—CPU and DRAM Lights Are On

I just built my first PC and I'm having trouble getting it to post. My setup includes an Asrock B650 Pro RS motherboard, a Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, an RX 7600 XT graphics card, and two Crucial DDR5 32GB RAM sticks running at 5600MT/s. I've read online that this could be related to memory transfer issues, but I'd love to hear your thoughts or suggestions on how to fix this. Thanks in advance!

Also, check your RAM placement. Sometimes, the RAM sticks can be in the wrong slots. Make sure they're seated properly and in the recommended DIMM slots according to the motherboard manual. Sometimes installing them in the right slots can make all the difference!

It could be that you need to update the BIOS. Sometimes, a new CPU won't post due to outdated firmware. Just check the official Asrock website for BIOS updates.

If you're not sure how to do it, don't worry—updating the BIOS usually requires you to get the system to post first, which is tricky if it's not booting up. But if you can find a way to get that working, you'll be good to go!
