Hey everyone! I upgraded my PC last month, but since early June, I've been dealing with frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors with the code "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL." I've tried a few things to fix it: updated all my drivers (even found one that was missing, but it didn't help), scanned the RAM (no issues there), and messed around with some commands in the console. Unfortunately, it crashed again just an hour ago while I wasn't doing anything intensive. I installed Bluescreenview to check it out, but I'm still not sure what everything means. I did some reading and found mentions of unauthorized memory usage, but I'm lost on how to fix this without wiping my system—I've heard that might help, but I'm hesitant to take that risk. P.S. I also have some DMP error files if that can help: [DMP files link].

It sounds like you're dealing with some frustrating issues! First off, let's focus on those dump files, as they can provide insight into what's causing the BSOD. If you can boot into Windows normally or access Safe Mode, look for dump files in the C:WindowsMinidump folder. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site to share with us. Having multiple dumps helps us identify patterns! Also, consider configuring Windows to create small memory dumps, as these are easier to manage and analyze. Check out this guide for more details: [how to configure minidumps].
Before we delve deeper, make sure your BIOS is up to date given that it seems stable. Updating to the latest BIOS version (7B86vHN) from MSI's support page is a good starting point. After that, grab the latest AMD Chipset Drivers from AMD's site; these can sometimes resolve compatibility issues. Just stick to the chipset driver, as others might lead to more headaches. After these updates, monitor if the crashes persist.
Thanks for the suggestions! The BIOS seems stable when I navigate, but I'm worried since it hasn't been updated since 2020. Is it safe to go for the newest version, or would it be better to revert to an earlier one? I really don't want to mess things up!
