Earlier today, my PC froze when I pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del, so I manually shut it down. However, after waiting 25 minutes for it to shut down, I ended up forcing it off by holding the power button. Now, when I turn it back on, it just goes back to the shutdown screen. I've tried forcing it off again and even unplugging it for an hour, but nothing seems to work. I can't access Windows at all. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

You might want to try unplugging your PC for about a minute, then remove the CMOS battery for a bit. After that, press the power button while it’s unplugged to help discharge any remaining power. This can sometimes reset things and might solve the issue.
Before you do that, make sure to write down any important settings or configurations because removing the CMOS battery could reset your BIOS settings. After doing the reset, just recheck your BIOS and adjust any needed settings back.
