I recently picked up a PNY RTX 4090 from a pawn shop, and even though it looked brand new and still had all the plastics on it, I'm having trouble getting it to work. There's no output from the card, and the fans aren't spinning at all. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be wrong?

It might be a case of someone harvesting the parts before reselling it. With the plastic still on, it wouldn't be too suspicious, but it's definitely a possibility. Just be cautious about what you’re buying used.
First off, make sure you’re powering it correctly. Check your power connectors and ensure they're plugged in properly. Sometimes, the GPU won't turn on if it's not getting enough power right from the start.
I can't return it since I snagged it for just $50. It seemed like such a deal, but now I’m worried I might be stuck with a dud.

That crossed my mind too, but I thought for $50 it was worth the gamble.
