I bought a secondhand gaming PC back in January, and while it was working great at first, I've been facing a really annoying issue for the past couple of months. Here's a quick rundown of my build: I'm running an Intel Core i3-10100F CPU, a Radeon RX 590 GPU (specifically the Sapphire NITRO+ RX 590 Special Edition), with 16GB of RAM, and currently on Windows 11 Home (which isn't activated). I'm mostly playing Satisfactory, but I've noticed that whenever I launch any game, my monitor starts to flicker as if the connection is lost. This can last anywhere from 5 minutes to half an hour before it stabilizes, but when I try to watch a YouTube video, the flickering never stops. Additionally, I've seen some flickering with the LED lights on my case fans during these moments. I took the entire tower to a PC repair shop, and they didn't find any issues. However, once I brought it home and set it back in its spot, the flickering resumed. I'm at my wit's end and open to any obscure fixes or suggestions you might have. I'm not super tech-savvy, so clear instructions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried using a different monitor to see if the issue persists? Since the repair shop couldn’t replicate the problem, it might be related to either your HDMI cable or the monitor itself. Sometimes those can cause random connection issues.
I did think about swapping the monitor, but I unplugged everything but the PC to test it, and it still flickered. I do have a grow lamp nearby; does that matter? I unplugged other devices today and it still didn’t help.
