We just received a notice that our Microsoft Azure subscription has been terminated due to a violation of the Microsoft Online Services Acceptable Use Policy. All our services are currently down, and we're in a tough spot because all our cloud resources and databases are tied to this account. I've tried reaching out to Azure but haven't heard back yet. I've also submitted a support ticket and contacted them via Twitter. I'm looking for any suggestions or advice on what to do next!

Did you have any public-facing Virtual Machines or send emails from your account? That might be a factor in the termination. Just curious!
Your best move is to escalate your support ticket with Microsoft. If there's a paid support option available, that could get you a quicker response. You might also need to collaborate with them to set up a different solution that doesn't breach their acceptable use policy.
I’ve already submitted a paid ticket and I’m just waiting for them to get back to me. I’m fully prepared to change our operations to meet their policies!
Yes, we do have public-facing VMs since we’re a cybersecurity company and perform scans for our clients. I suspect that might be the issue, but we strictly operate within our client's permissions. We're more than willing to adjust our practices to comply with the policy, but right now, we’re just focused on getting our services back up!
