Help! Upgrading RAM on P8P67 Rev 3.1 Causing Boot Issues

I'm trying to breathe new life into my old gaming system from 2013 by upgrading the RAM and GPU. I replaced the old RAM with two kits of Kingston Blu 1600MHz, but after booting up, the system only recognized the RAM at 800MHz, and I couldn't access the BIOS—just a black screen. I thought clearing the CMOS might help, but it made things worse; now I can't boot into the OS at all. I even reverted to the original RAM and tested each stick individually, but nothing worked. The MemOK LED is flashing red permanently, and pressing the button just restarts the system. I'm at a loss and really need some advice! Here are my specs: Old RAM: 16GB 1333MHz (Crucial & Kingston), New RAM: 16GB 1600MHz Kingston HyperX Blu, Motherboard: Asus P8P67 Rev 3.1, GPU: GTX 760, PSU: 700W Sharkoon, Storage: 1TB SATA SSD, 500GB 2.5" HDD.

Have you tried removing the GTX 760 to see if your CPU's integrated graphics could help? That way, you can eliminate any issues with the GPU itself. Just connect your monitor to the motherboard if possible.

Unfortunately, the P8P67 motherboard doesn't have integrated video outputs, so relying on the GTX 760 is your only option. Have you checked if the new RAM sticks are fully seated or if they're compatible with your motherboard? Sometimes it's a compatibility issue that causes these boot problems.

Make sure you're updating your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version. Older versions can have issues recognizing newer RAM. Plus, ensure that the RAM sticks are in the correct slots as per the motherboard's manual.
