I'm experiencing a frustrating issue where my RAM usage is constantly between 90% and 98%, even though I don't have much running on my computer. This high usage is really affecting my performance. I've attached some images for reference. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?

Some say that as long as your system isn't lagging, high RAM usage can be acceptable. But if you're experiencing crashes and slowdowns, take it seriously! It might be time to consider upgrading your RAM or tweaking some settings to optimize performance.
It's not uncommon for Windows 11 to use a lot of RAM, especially if you have background applications running. However, if it's impacting your performance and causing crashes, that's definitely a problem. You might want to check what processes are using the most memory in the Task Manager and see if there's anything you can close or uninstall that you don't need.
