I'm trying to clone a RAID 0 setup from an old Dell Dimension 9200 that's using Intel RAID on the motherboard. One of the drives is failing, so I need to move the data to a single drive. Reinstalling isn't an option since the drives contain software that's no longer available. I've attempted using Clonezilla, but it doesn't recognize the RAID properly and lists the drives separately. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I would recommend trying a Windows To Go bootable USB with some Windows-based cloning software. You can install the correct Dell RAID drivers on that Windows To Go setup. Another option is using backup software such as Veeam that supports bare metal restore, but make sure to use a new drive for the destination so you can keep the RAID 0 intact in case things don't go smoothly.
You might want to try DMDE, as it can reconstruct and recover data from RAID arrays. It could help you salvage what you need from your setup.
Have you considered migrating to a virtual machine? There are quite a few tools available for that which might help you out.
Keep in mind that Linux tools like Clonezilla don’t support Intel firmware RAID out of the box. If you're on Windows, your best bet is to use backup or imaging software from within the OS itself. This will make it easier to manage the RAID.
