It seems to have a corrupt file because it passed all diagnostic tests but keeps showing the "preparing to fix issue" screen. I've attempted to use a USB recovery method, but after entering my BitLocker key, it just returns to that screen. You might want to try wiping the drive and then installing a fresh version of Windows from your USB. The recovery and reset options often don't do a thorough job and can leave things messy.
