Hey everyone, I've noticed some serious inaccuracies with geo location services lately. My IP address, which has been stable for years while I've remained in the same place with the same internet provider (TWTC/Spectrum/Charter), is now being reported from wildly different locations, like Mexico, Louisiana, and even Colorado. This is causing problems for my users who can't access streaming services because of where they're being incorrectly identified. I know MaxMind has accurate data, but services like ipapi.is are way off. Is there a way for me to update or correct the geo location information in these databases? Any help would be appreciated!

Unfortunately, unless you control the IP blocks, your options are pretty limited. The best route is to get in touch with your ISP or the IP address owner for this issue.
Just so you know, Spectrum's GeoIP database is available online. You can check it out [here](https://s3.amazonaws.com/charter-geo-feed/Charter-Geofeed.csv). But don't be surprised if it's still inaccurate; our DIA circuits are sometimes reported up to 500 miles off, and even California has us thinking we're in Mexico, which is a headache when trying to access local state websites!
