How can I report an issue with accessing my Apple ID?

I'm having trouble accessing my Apple ID because I've lost my old cell phone number. Apple directs me to iforgot.apple.com for assistance, but I'm stuck. One of the steps requires me to enter my credit card information, and I can't update the expiration date because it's locked. I've tried both Safari and Chrome, but no luck. Is there a way to report this issue to Apple? I'm really frustrated!

Unfortunately, on the iforgot page, you can't change any info directly; it only lets you use what's already on file. If you can't answer a security question, you can usually skip it, but the trusted phone number is crucial—you need to know that one even if you can't access it.

CuriousBee90: The issue I have is that the page asked me for credit card info, and the expiration date is stuck on September 2025. I can click it to change, but it won’t let me!
