I'm using Windows 10 and ran into a bit of a mess while trying to uninstall an app. Initially, it was listed in the Control Panel, but when I tried to uninstall it, an error came up (Error 5) saying I didn't have the right access. I hit okay, but the prompt wouldn't go away, so I decided to restart my computer. Now, the app is no longer visible in the Control Panel or in the settings under apps, but I can still find some files related to it. How can I fully remove this app?

It sounds like the app didn’t completely uninstall due to that error. If it’s missing from the Control Panel, that usually means it’s gone, but you might still need to clear out any leftover files. You can try searching for the app in your files. Just hit the Windows Key and type the app's name. Once you see it in the search results, right-click and select 'Open file location.' From there, you can delete the entire folder if you find it. If it opens a shortcut, right-click that, select 'Open file location' again to reach the original folder, and delete it from there.
Got it! Here’s what my folder looks like, is it okay to just delete everything here?
