I've tried various methods — cold calls, voicemails, emails — but most of my attempts have gone unanswered. My company is well-known, and our product focuses on global device procurement, management, and recovery, which I believe offers significant value, especially in challenging markets like Brazil. One major tip: don’t cold contact us! Most IT folks prefer to search for vendors when needed. Reaching out randomly through calls or emails often leads to your contact being blocked.

Exactly! Going above heads to reach department heads or executives can blackball you completely. IT usually doesn’t appreciate that.
