Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a bind here. My DTC Fargo 4500e ID card printer has a card jammed inside and it's giving me error #68. I have no idea how to get the card out and I really need to sort this out before my boss returns. I've looked everywhere on Google and YouTube but nothing has worked for me. If anyone knows the steps to remove a stuck card, I would really appreciate your help. Thanks!

The only way to clear a jam is by opening up the printer. There’s no button that will do it for you. You’ll need to find out where to access the interior to manually remove the stuck card. Be patient, take your time with it!
I get that, but I don’t know where to actually open it. I've only ever accessed the card slots and ribbon slot, and they’re not helping me.
