How do I get rid of the overlay showing FPS and GPU stats on my PC?

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting here, so I hope you can help me out. I've recently been seeing a strange overlay in the top right corner of my screen every time I log into my PC. It displays information like FPS, GPU usage, CPU usage, and latency. I didn't enable this feature intentionally; it started showing up after I updated my Nvidia RTX 2060 graphics drivers. I don't play games often, but I did recently play with a friend, which is why I updated my drivers. Is there a way to turn this overlay off? I'd really appreciate any advice! Thanks!

Hey there! Yep, that's an Nvidia overlay feature. You can just press Alt+R to make it disappear, or you could go into the Nvidia app settings and disable the overlay completely.

Thanks a lot! That worked! I’m a bit embarrassed I didn’t know that before.

Just a heads up, it's sometimes against the rules in forums to ask for help if it’s not done properly, but your solution's in here too.

That overlay is likely from Nvidia. You can press Alt+Z to bring up the menu and turn it off from there.

Thanks! I feel a bit embarrassed admitting that my mic was blocking the button to toggle it off LOL.
