I have a Windows PC that I want to unlock from the AT&T network. I remember there used to be an app called 'AT&T AllAccess' that could communicate with the modem if you had the unlock code, but I can't seem to find it anymore. Has anyone had experience with unlocking PCs from AT&T?

Actually, PCs aren't usually locked to a network. Typically, you should have no issues using a different network. Are you sure you're not thinking of a specific cellular modem?
But some school or work laptops can be locked. I wonder if that's the case here.
