I have a Dell Latitude 5410 with Windows 11, and it recently shut down due to a dead battery. Now, when I try to turn it back on, I see a black screen with a message saying, "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll restart for you. Stop code: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE (0x7B)." It's been like this for over an hour now. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? Thanks!

If your CMOS battery is dead and the laptop turns off completely, it can reset the BIOS settings. Just keep in mind, this usually only happens if the main battery is fully drained. You'd typically get a different notification if that were the case.
It sounds like BIOS settings could be the issue. Check if your boot option might have flipped from UEFI to Legacy or CRM. If it has, switch it back to UEFI. Also, verify that the date and time in BIOS are accurate. If everything seems normal but you're still stuck, the boot sector on your drive might be corrupted. You could use Macrium Reflect to create a Rescue Media on a different computer, then boot from it on your Dell to fix the Windows boot issue.

Good point! But with DELLs, they often default to RAID mode for storage, which might not match how it's actually set up. Double-check that setting if you're troubleshooting this.
