I'm trying to gauge whether 150TBW (Terabytes Written) is a long enough lifespan for an M.2 SATA drive. Should I be concerned about this rating? I'm a bit tight on budget, so I'm wondering if I should invest in a more expensive option instead. Thanks for any advice!

Generally, SSD endurance isn't a huge issue these days. A rating of 150TBW means that you could write around 80GB every day for five years, which is a lot! Unless you're downloading massive games daily or storing huge files, you shouldn't hit that limit. It's usually sufficient for an average user.
Keep in mind the size of the drive too. For instance, if it's a 4TB drive, then 150TBW could be a concern if you write data heavily. But if you're using it moderately, it might be just fine.
It really depends on what you'll be using the drive for. If you're doing tasks like video editing where you write large amounts of data frequently, then 150TBW might feel limiting. But for regular use, it should work well.
