Is a 125V power cable safe to use with a 220V supply?

I just finished building my PC, but I noticed that the power supply (a Lian Li EDGE 1000W) came with a power cable labeled for 125V. I'm aware that the PSU can handle voltages from 100 to 240V, but I'm concerned about whether this cable is suitable for use in Europe where the voltage is usually around 220V. Do I need to get a different power cable, or can I safely use the one I have without risking damage?

You should be fine using that cable as long as it’s rated for the 125V. Most cables are designed to handle higher voltages safely, so your PSU should just draw what it needs without any issues. Just keep an eye on the setup to ensure everything runs smoothly!

For sure! I think you're just overthinking it. I’ve used similar setups, and as long as the power supply itself can handle the voltage, you shouldn’t have a problem.
