Hey everyone! I'm in my final year of a BTech program, and I really struggle with coding and math. I'm thinking about getting into DevOps, but I'm unsure if it's the right fit for me. Could anyone share a roadmap for getting started in DevOps? Also, are there job opportunities for fresh graduates in this field? How should I start my journey?

I get that you're wondering about your fit in DevOps, but if you're struggling with math and coding, it might be challenging. Understanding coding processes and quality is key. Think about how you approach problem-solving and logical reasoning—these skills will be super useful!

It's crucial to have some coding skills to thrive in DevOps. It's more about the principles than just a job title. If you get a position labeled 'DevOps Engineer,' you might end up doing more operational work without much development exposure. I’d say work on your coding skills first.

Honestly, DevOps does require a good understanding of coding. If you're not comfortable with programming, you might find it difficult as the role blends development and operations. It’s great that you're exploring options, but maybe focus on improving your coding first and stick to Ops for now.
