I'm planning to do a clean install of Windows on my C: drive, but I also have two additional drives filled with games and video files. To avoid any issues, I was thinking of unplugging the other drives during the installation. Will this work, and will I be able to keep everything on those drives when I plug them back in afterwards? I really want to avoid redownloading all my Steam games if possible!

Totally agree, that's the best approach! Steam can be a bit quirky with file libraries. Just reach out if you run into any issues after the reinstall.
That's actually a pretty smart move! Unplugging the secondary drives while you reinstall Windows is a good practice. Once you're done, Steam should still recognize the installed games once you point it to the right directories.
You have the option to select which drive to install during the process, but unplugging the others is a great way to avoid mistakes. This way, you won't accidentally install on the wrong drive.
Yep, that's all you need to do! It should go smoothly.
That plan should absolutely work fine! The only thing to watch out for is if your EFI partition is on one of the other drives. But since you're doing a reinstall, Windows will create any needed partitions.
