I'm struggling with Autopilot onboarding and Hello for Business. I could probably figure it out in 1-2 weeks, but that's not a great use of my time. I've been trying to get help through Office 365 support, but it's been a mess. I submit a ticket, request email communication, and then they call at awkward hours, leaving voicemails. Eventually, they reassign my case to someone in my time zone, but they still call at inconvenient times. I also considered their pay-per-incident support, but that would require setting up a separate Outlook account, which seems ridiculous considering the hassle. I'm frustrated and wondering if Microsoft Unified support is any better than what I'm experiencing. I looked into US cloud options but found some negative reviews and a $30k minimum to start. Are there third-party alternatives I should be considering?

Microsoft Unified support is pretty much what you described. You open a ticket, wait weeks, and get calls at odd hours. If you do manage to talk to someone, they often just ask for logs rather than actually helping you out. It's frustrating, to say the least.
Honestly, it sounds like hiring a Managed Service Provider (MSP) might be your best bet. Setting up Autopilot and Windows Hello for Business shouldn't take you more than an hour or so, even if you're learning. Don't let it drag out for weeks!
I set it up according to the documentation, but it's still not working as it should.
