What kinds of tasks are you planning to use this build for? The 9900X isn't usually the best choice for gaming, so I'm curious about your usage.
If you're building this primarily for gaming, I recommend considering a 9800X3D or a 7800X3D if you're budget-conscious. Also, you might want to swap out the Kraken cooler for an Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 Pro 360; it's just my personal preference but it's known to perform really well.
