I was checking to see if my PC could handle a specific game, so I visited the website 'Can You Run It.' However, it immediately downloaded an .exe file called 'Detection(n0m).exe.' Malwarebytes flagged this file as RiskWare, and I've deleted it now. Am I still at risk?

Sounds like it could be a false positive warning. So, it might not be malware for real.
If you haven't actually run the file, you're likely in the clear! Just deleting it should do the trick.
If you're ever unsure about a file, try uploading it to VirusTotal. They scan it with multiple antivirus engines for free!
