I'm thinking about upgrading my child's PC, but I'm a bit worried about compatibility issues. Can anyone take a look at my build and let me know if everything fits together nicely? Here's the link to my build: [https://pt.pcpartpicker.com/list/sQcKC8]. Thanks for your help!

It's smart to think long-term, especially with how long RAM options will be relevant. I understand your concerns about the BIOS warnings and connectivity issues, especially with the USB 2.0 headers and the back fan connectors. You definitely need to ensure your BIOS is updated for the CPU to work correctly. I’d recommend checking the motherboard manual for how to update it even if the CPU isn’t initially compatible.
Everything in your build looks compatible to me! Just a heads-up, though: you seem to be putting a lot of emphasis on aesthetics, but it’s totally fine if that’s what you want. Just make sure you prioritize performance as well.
