Is My PC Parts List Good for My Gaming Needs?

Hey everyone! I'm planning to build a new PC and I need your opinions on my parts list here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/D7KjC8. I've done this before but it's been a while, so I'm a bit out of the loop. I'm considering getting a used CPU and GPU. The total cost for everything is around $894 where I live. My goals are to hit 120 FPS on games like APEX and aim for about 80 FPS on AAA titles at moderate settings in Full HD. I can stretch my budget by about $200 and I'm looking to upgrade the GPU in 2-3 years. Here are my specific questions: 1. Do you think this CPU/GPU combo will still make sense in 2025? 2. Is buying a used 2080 Ti a risky move considering it comes with a 1-month warranty? 3. Are there any better alternative parts I should consider? Thanks a lot for your help!

Your parts list looks solid! Just make sure to share how much you're paying for the 2080 Ti and check out other GPUs in that price range in your area. It might be worth looking for something faster if you can. Also, used GPUs can be tricky sometimes, so keep that in mind!

For context, the used 2080 Ti is around $255 in my area, and I've seen options like the 3070 around $240 and a 3080 for $349. Just wanted to give you an idea of pricing!

How much is the used 2080 Ti? If it's close to $300, I’d suggest looking at alternatives like the 9060XT or maybe a new 5060 Ti at MSRP. It could be easier to sell later too. Otherwise, your build looks good! Just don’t forget to repaste the GPU if you get the used 2080 Ti!

I got the used 2080 Ti for $255 and the 9060 XT is projected at $439 here. Thanks for the advice on repasting!
