I'm planning my first PC build and want to make sure the parts work well together. My goal is to play modern AAA games at 1440p, as well as competitive games like Valorant. My current parts list is an AMD Ryzen 5 7600, Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler, MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard, Radeon RX 9070 16GB graphics card, 32GB of DDR5-6000 CL30 memory, a 1TB Lexar NM790 NVMe SSD, MSI MAG A850GL 850W Gold power supply, and a Montech Air 903 MAX case. I'm also considering an AOC Q27G40XMN 27-inch 1440p 180Hz Mini-LED monitor. My target budget is around ₱80,000, though I may be able to spend more. Is this a balanced and effective build, and where could I save money without hurting gaming performance?

The parts are compatible and should be excellent for 1440p gaming, but the complete setup will probably be closer to ₱100,000 once the monitor is included. Without the monitor, it may land near ₱80,000 depending on local prices and sales. The 850W power supply is more than enough, but make sure the specific graphics card model and its power connectors are supported.
The build should handle modern games very well at 1440p, and Valorant will run far above the monitor’s refresh rate. Just verify prices from several local retailers before buying, because the graphics card and memory can change the total dramatically. A price around ₱80,000 is realistic for the tower alone, but probably not for the tower and a high-refresh Mini-LED monitor together.
You can get closer to budget by using a Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB, a 650W Gold power supply, and a 2TB SSD if pricing is favorable. A Ryzen 5 7600 with 32GB of DDR5-6000 CL30 is already a strong foundation, so I would avoid cutting costs there. A good 1440p 165Hz display can also be found for around ₱9,000, though the Mini-LED model may cost more.
That makes sense. I’d rather keep the 32GB of fast memory and the Ryzen 5 7600, then adjust the graphics card and monitor if necessary to stay near the target.
