Is This AliExpress Deal on a CPU Too Good to Be True?

I found a Ryzen 7700 CPU selling on AliExpress for $100 lower than retail, and it has around 1,000 five-star reviews. I'm curious if this deal is legitimate or if I might be falling for a scam. Any thoughts?

The Ryzen 7700 chip might drop to around $200 in Europe sometimes, but I question whether you can trust the warranty from AliExpress. If you feel bold enough, order it but have a return plan if it turns out to be fake.

Honestly, I'd say go for it if you’re ready to return it if it’s not what it claims to be. Just be cautious about potential scams.

First off, make sure you're actually looking at the Ryzen 7700, not the Intel 7700, since they are quite different and the Intel version is much cheaper. If it’s the Ryzen, it usually goes for around $300, so that price does raise some red flags.

Yeah, I agree! It’s definitely something to be wary about. Just make sure you're ordering the right one.
