Is This Build Good for a Budget Gaming PC?

I'm looking for opinions on a budget gaming PC build I've put together for around €750. I'm based in Germany, and my main use will be gaming at 1080p, possibly 1440p later on. I also plan on some limited online gaming (mostly League) and some casual streaming with friends on Discord. Here's what I've selected:

- CPU: Intel i3-12100f (€85)
- Mainboard: GIGABYTE B760M H DDR4 (€75)
- RAM: Corsair DIMM 16 GB DDR4-3200 (€130)
- GPU: ASUS Radeon RX 7600 Dual Evo OC (€300)
- SSD: Intenso Top SSD 1 TB (€120)
- Tower: Chieftec AS-01B-OP (€25)
- PSU: Xilence XP650R6.2 650W (€45)

I'm not very knowledgeable about components, and I put this build together using a site called Alternate. I'm particularly uncertain about whether I should invest in a better/ more expensive SSD, PSU, or mainboard. I'd appreciate any feedback or suggestions!

Honestly, you might want to consider buying a used PC instead. This build seems to cut a lot of corners. Your power supply is rated quite low on the PSU Tier List, which can be a concern for long-term reliability.

What corners are you referring to, and how much would I need to spend to make it decent?
