The proposed parts are a Ryzen 5 9600X, 16GB DDR5-5600 RAM, a 512GB SSD, a 750W power supply, an MSI B650M motherboard, an RTX 5060 8GB, and a 360mm liquid cooler. Is this a balanced build for the price, or should I change some components to get better gaming performance and value?

The 360mm AIO is unnecessary for the Ryzen 5 9600X. A decent tower air cooler should handle it easily and cost much less. Put the savings toward 32GB of RAM, a faster memory kit if the price is reasonable, or a larger SSD. A 512GB drive can fill up quickly with modern games.
The processor and power supply seem reasonable, but the overall build looks expensive for the performance you’re getting. Compare the cost of the graphics card with AMD alternatives, since you may be able to get a faster GPU for a similar price. The GPU is usually the most important part for gaming, so that’s where I’d try to improve the build first.
The ₹150,000 budget is roughly equivalent to $1,600, but local prices matter a lot. Check complete system prices from several sellers rather than judging each part separately. As listed, the build appears overpriced unless the components are unusually expensive in your area.
