Why do you need a second gaming PC, though?
With that RTX 4080, you should be more than fine! My 3080 is pushing over 100 fps on ultra settings at 3440x1440, so you're definitely in good shape.
The asking price is 2k USD. I live in Denmark, so prices are a bit higher here.
