I'm a bit out of the loop with PC building since it's been a while, and I came across this setup on a marketplace: i7 7700k CPU, H110M-A/M.2 motherboard, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and a 3060 Ti GPU. They're asking for $650 NZD. Is this a fair price, or should I steer clear? Thanks for your insights!

Honestly, I think it's a bit outdated, especially that CPU. What kind of games are you looking to play? That’s really going to determine if this setup is worth it for you.
The i7 7700k is getting pretty old and it might start to show its age soon, especially in newer games. The 3060 Ti is still pretty decent, so at around $380 USD, the price seems alright given its specs. But just know that the CPU might hold you back in a lot of modern titles.
In today’s market, you should be considering at least an 11th Gen Intel CPU or a 5000-series AMD CPU, and possibly even 32GB of DDR5 RAM. If you want a decent experience, that setup is lacking.
I wouldn't recommend this PC. It's just not worth it given how old that CPU is and it's not upgradeable. The GPU might be okay for 1080p gaming, but without a strong CPU, you're not going to get the best experience.
The only valuable component here is the GPU. You could buy that separately for a lot less and pair it with a better refurbished PC for around $50. It's not a great investment unless you're just after the GPU.
