Hey folks! I'm considering upgrading to a new PC since my old one struggles to run both Blender for animation and software for Vtuber streaming. There's a sale at my local store, PB Tech, and my budget is around $3500 NZD, but I'm slightly over by $100. I've done some research online, but I'd love to hear your expert opinions on my chosen parts. You can check out my proposed build using this link: [PCPartPicker Build](https://nz.pcpartpicker.com/user/CrispyK/saved/#view=NYLRzy). Looking forward to your advice!

Everyone seems to favor NVIDIA, but if you're open to it, consider the AMD 9070 XT. It has more VRAM and might outperform the 5070 for a slightly lower price—though in NZD it might be a bit more expensive than expected.

Yeah, the pricing on graphics cards in NZ is rough. They notoriously add about $200 to the retail prices.

I'd look for a cheaper SSD and switch your RAM to CL30; you'll see a latency difference before noticing small changes in read/write speeds with a different SSD.

Is this RAM better? [Corsair VENGEANCE](https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/MEMCOR11434/Corsair-VENGEANCE-RGB-32GB-DDR5-Desktop-RAM-Kit-2x?qr=pspy)

I'd suggest going for a more affordable AIO cooler and switching to CL30 RAM. Just a heads up, the SSDs in your list are PCIe Gen 5x2, but your motherboard only has one Gen 5x4 slot. It might be fine, but the second slot is Gen 4x2, so you might have to use a third drive.
