Is This PC Build Good for Gaming at 1440p?

I'm building my first gaming PC and I'd love some feedback on my parts. I'm aiming for solid frame rates at 1440p in most games while keeping the budget under $2000. Aesthetics don't matter much to me. Here's a link to my build: [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/user/1blybuildspcs/saved/kNrLwP). Any suggestions or advice?

You should definitely consider upgrading to 2TB of storage. Some modern games can take up nearly 200GB, so you'll want that space!

Your current CPU, RAM, and motherboard combo adds up to about $794. I recommend spending a little more to grab the 9850X3D combo from Newegg. It's one of the best CPUs for gaming right now!

Yep, I think it's a perfect build for what you're aiming for!

I'd tweak your build a bit. Check out this link for a better setup: [Improved Build Option](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/dGRVn2). It’s closer to your budget but includes a better 1TB drive and the 7800X3D for better performance!

That looks solid! Just be sure to check for any bundle deals on the CPU, motherboard, or SSD to save even more.

I agree, those upgrades make a noticeable difference in performance!

It looks like your PCPartPicker link might be off. You could generate a proper permalink for better visibility or consider making a summary table of your build.
