You should definitely consider upgrading to 2TB of storage. Some modern games can take up nearly 200GB, so you'll want that space!
Your current CPU, RAM, and motherboard combo adds up to about $794. I recommend spending a little more to grab the 9850X3D combo from Newegg. It's one of the best CPUs for gaming right now!
