I'm considering upgrading my old PC build and wanted to get some feedback on a new setup I have in mind. Here's the planned upgrade:

- CPU: Intel Core i7-14700F 2.1 GHz 20-Core Processor for $292.08
- CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 70.84 CFM for $34.90
- Motherboard: MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI ATX LGA1700 for $169.99
- Memory: G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB DDR5-6000 for $104.99
- Storage: Micron M600 1 TB SSD (already owned)
- Storage: Mushkin SOURCE 2 1 TB SSD (already owned)
- Case: NZXT H5 Flow for $84.99
- Power Supply: Corsair RM750e 750 W for $99.99
- Monitor: AOC 24G2U/BK 24.0" 144 Hz (already owned)
- Keyboard: SteelSeries Apex 5 RGB (already owned)
- Mouse: Logitech G502 Hero (already owned)
- Headphones: Razer Kraken (already owned)
- Graphics Card: SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 7800 XT for $604.31
Total cost would be around $1391.25.

Currently, I have an older build with an Intel Xeon E5-2680 V4, 24 GB DDR4 Memory, and a GTX 1080. I'm looking for your thoughts on this upgrade and if there are any better alternatives!

I wouldn't suggest going with Intel in 2025. A Ryzen CPU would give you better performance for your money. Also, consider the market options before you finalize.
