I'm considering purchasing a used PC for $800 from someone local. Here are the specs: it has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 GPU with 24GB GDDR6X, an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X CPU with 16 cores and 32 threads running at 3.4–4.0 GHz, 32GB of RAM, and a combination of a 500GB ADATA NVMe SSD and a 1TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe SSD. It also comes with Windows 11 or 10. The seller claims it's extremely fast, ideal for 4K gaming, streaming, video editing, and 3D modeling, plus it's clean, well-maintained, and runs cool and quiet. Any thoughts on whether this is worth it?

Honestly, it sounds like a great deal, but just be careful—sometimes these offers can be too good to be true. I've seen scams before. Make sure everything looks legit before you commit!
If I were you, I'd grab it! Given current prices, it's a steal. I found my setup on a marketplace not long ago, upgraded it gradually, and it worked out really well for me.
This is a fantastic deal for $800. While the components aren't the latest generation, they can still handle most games and tasks excellently. With RAM, GPU, and CPU prices rising, it's definitely worth considering!
Thanks for the input! I mostly game at 2K—do you think this setup can handle that with high frame rates?
You’re getting a great GPU and CPU combo for the money. My rig has a 3090 too, and it handles 4K gaming on my TV like a champ. Definitely take a shot at it if it checks out!
The specs you're looking at are really solid for that price. I have a similar setup, and it can run most games at 1440p nicely!

I did a video call with him to see it in action, and everything seemed fine. Just worried it might be too good of a deal.
