I'm having trouble with Outlook on my Mac since an incident yesterday. The folders aren't updating properly, although Outlook Web Access is working fine. I tried removing my account to add it back, but now it can't reconnect to M365. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Also, I've heard that Outlook on iOS has been problematic lately.

Same issue here. When I tried to re-add my account, I kept getting an error that said, "We encountered an error while adding account. Please try again." Really frustrating!
Yep, I'm in the same boat. It's tough when Outlook is down like this; definitely makes things harder to manage today!
I've got the same problems. Can't sign in on my Mac, and emails aren't sending from my mobile either. It's really slowing things down for me!
It sounds like you're not alone! There seems to be an ongoing issue on Microsoft's side related to EX1221742, but it's mostly for mobile. I know this is frustrating, especially if you're dependent on the Mac version for work.
Yeah, I noticed that too, but it seems to be affecting desktop users as well.
I had similar problems. I removed my account and couldn't re-add it at first, but I switched to Legacy Outlook, added the account there, and then went back to the new version. It's been working fine since!
