I've been trying to reset a laptop that my sister gave me. It went through the reset process, but now it's stuck at 64% while trying to reinstall Windows. It keeps shutting down and rebooting to the same screen for just a moment before turning off again. Has anyone had this issue before? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

It sounds like a frustrating situation, but I’d recommend trying to use a Windows installation USB to restart the reinstallation process. That might help you get past the reboot loop.
