I'm having a major issue with my Apple ID being locked after entering the wrong password a few times. I was told I'd receive a call on my mobile to help unlock my account, but that hasn't happened. I've tried to log in for password recovery multiple times, but I just get a message saying I'll get an update in 24 hours. It feels like I'm going in circles here! I entered my phone number and Visa details correctly, but changing my password seems impossible. I'm really frustrated with Apple for making this such a difficult process.
