Looking for a Fully Reprogrammable Mouse for Linux

Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a mouse that's fully reprogrammable on Linux. Currently, I'm using a Razer Basilisk V2, which I love for its shape, but I've hit a wall since I can't reprogram the buttons directly on the device when using Linux. I've tried Input Remapper, but it feels like more of a temporary fix and doesn't offer features like an FN key for shift layers. OpenRazer doesn't support onboard remapping either. I'm hoping to find something similar in form factor that allows full reprogramming onboard. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

You might want to check out the Logitech G502. It works great on Linux with tools like Piper and libratbag, and you can fully remap the buttons directly on the mouse.

This could be a solid option! I’ve used the G502 before, but I wasn’t a fan of the wheel, which is why I moved to the Basilisk. Still, thanks for the heads-up!
